Fall Yoga Schedule 2012

Here is the Fall Yoga Schedule updated for September.  Vinyasa classes are great for beginners as well as those more experienced with yoga.  I teach to my clients needs and abilities.  I routinely offer modifications and encourage clients to choose variations on postures to best suit their practice.
