Here is the Winter Yoga
Schedule updated for January. Vinyasa classes are great for
beginners as well as those more experienced with yoga. I teach to my clients
needs and abilities. I routinely offer modifications and encourage clients to
choose variations on postures to best suit their practice.
I am in the process of finding a new time for my Prenatal Yoga class. If you are interested in this class please send me an email (kerri@svasukha.com). The Prenatal Class begins Tuesday February 26th. The class is ongoing. To register please email me.
